Financial Strategies, Inc. offers Notary and Medallion Signature Guaruntee Stamps.

• Gold Medallion Signature Guarantee fee to the following:
  * $150.00 fee for $60,000 or less
  * .25% fee for $60,000.01 -$1,000,000.00
  * Mutual Savings and Financial Strategies members 50% off fees or no fee if transferring to Financial Strategies.
• Notary is free to customers of FSI and Mutual Savings Association, $20 fee for non-customers. 

These fees are necessary due to the complex nature of the paperwork and liability involved in the transaction. There is significant cost for the Medallion Signature STAMP bond which is shared by all who use the service.
